This is it

Ask me what I want. Go ahead. Ask me. I already have an answer ready for you. I found it on Flickr last night, you see, this photo, and it so perfectly, so accurately describes exactly what I want that no other words are necessary.
The question is which of these two I’d rather be. That’s a question I’m not sure I can answer. Or can answer yet. What I do know is that I’ll never be either of them. Not really. My ship has sailed, and it’s time for me to move on. My one chance at young love, as naïve and innocent and wonderful and beautiful and glorious as it is, was Keenan.
And my relationship with Keenan was good. It was. The biggest thing lacking in that relationship was that it was me—not someone else—who was a part of it. ⌘
